Another Manchester Derby has gone down in history with plenty of smiles from the blue side of the city and some frustration from the red side.

The Citizens triumphed over their local rivals 4-1 with two goals from Sergio Aguero and one apiece from Yaya Toure and Samir Nasri. Wayne Rooney scored a consolidation goal near the end – becoming the highest scorer in the history of the Manchester derby – something I’m sure he’d of wanted to go with three points rather than a drubbing.

As is customary these days, many fans of both clubs took to Twitter after the game to conduct an often amusing and frustrating post mortem.
