THE BIGGER PICTURE
Questions have been asked of whether someone like Kane, with their obvious ball-striking qualities taken into account, could casually swap one form of football for another. The Bayern Munich frontman would not be the first to tread that path.

WHAT HOPKINS SAID
Hopkins, who has graced the Super Bowl during his distinguished career, sees no reason why Kane could not convert his skill set. The Baltimore Ravens wide receiver told FIFA’s when asked about a possible crossover: “I think they'll be embraced. Kicking has evolved to where anyone can come in. If you have a love for the game of football, we're going to embrace you. Just do things right. Come in and work and obviously make field goals. I don't think we care who it is or where they're from. Just knock it down.”
